How do I return an item?
Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on returning an item. Do not return any items without a RA# as the item will not reach us and we will not be responsible if item is lost in shipping.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for refund (excluding shipping, handling and restocking charges) within 15 days of receiving item, subject to a return authorization from MooDeals. All sales are considered final after 15 days and will not be exchanged nor refunded.
If the item is found to be defective you must contact the manufacturer for support and or service. We are unable to replace items ounce installed or after 15 day from date of delivery.
Special order items do not qualify for returns. All special order item sales are final once delivered.
Back Order is considered a special order and will ship when the item arrives from the manufacturer. Cancellation fee of 5% will apply if you cancel the order. Your credit card will be charged on the day you place the Back Order. We are at the mercy of the manufacturer so we are unable to promise any type delivery date. If you need a firm date please wait for the item to be available before you order.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and loss of shipping for cost incurred in restocking.
All returns require a Return Authorization (RMA) number, which you can obtain contacting is with your order number. This is the only source of Return Authorization. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.
All special order items are subject to 5% cancellation if order is canceled.
All orders canceled on the same day as placed will receive full refund if canceled before 11:00 pm EST, any cancellations after said time are subject to 5% cancellation fee. Return Procedures All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition,including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or packaging. MooDeals will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on contents or cartons. MooDeals reserves the right to refuse any such returns.
Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. The returned item must be shipped within 7 days of obtaining your RMA or the return will be cancelled. Write the RMA number issued by customer service clearly on the shipping label as instructed. Any merchandise returned to MooDeals without prior authorization will be refused.
Please ship your parcel back to Moodeals freight prepaid. Moodeals suggests that you use UPS Ground Service (Insured). Sorry, Moodeals cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
